If you accidentally enter an incorrect mobile number for the recipient, don’t worry! With most of our mobile wallet partners, we can instantly validate whether the account exists and matches the recipient’s details. If there’s an issue, you’ll know right away. For some other mobile wallet partners, this validation happens after the transaction is sent. In those cases, it typically only takes a few minutes to confirm if the information provided is correct, and we’ll notify you promptly if there’s a mismatch.
