You asked, we listened. We've increased send limits in the US when sending from the Ria app! Download and start sending up to 14,999.99 USD per month for international transfers and 1,000 USD per day for domestic transfers. Terms and conditions apply.
All it takes is two steps
To take advantage of this new send limit in the United States, you'll need to complete a two-step verification process:
Step 1
You might be asked a few questions and to provide identifying info.
Step 2
Through our identity verification partner, you'll take a picture of a valid identity document and record a selfie video.

What is a valid identity document?
Your identity document must be up-to-date date and match the name on your Ria account.
We only accept these documents as proof of your identity:
Passport
Driver's license
National identity card
Residence permit card

What if my identity verification is unsuccessful?
If we are unable to verify your identity, you can try to verify your account again in 7 days. In the meantime, you might be able to transfer a lower amount or send in person.
How much can I send each month?
In the US, you can send up to $14,999 every 30 days using the Ria app. The most you can send per day for domestic (US to US) money transfers is $1,000. Learn more about send limits.
Can I increase my send limit?
You can't increase your send limit for online money transfers. If you need to send more, you can visit a Ria store. You'll be asked to provide additional info including your ID, social security number, and other paperwork.
Are there exceptions to send limits?
Your location
Senders in the states of Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Mexico may only send $999.99 a day.
Your recipient’s location
Depending on the country from which you're sending money, you may be unable to send more than $500 to Nigeria.
Delivery method
Restrictions from a recipient’s bank or other delivery methods may limit the amount you can send.
Agent location limits
Some agent and partner locations may have receiving limits in place.
